A sugar shack fire required the attention of both Tyendinaga Township and Mohawk Fire Departments Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 3:20, firefighters were called to 223 Beach Road just south of Shannonville for reports of a sugar shack on fire.
The fire was put out but there were no reported injuries and no damage estimate.
