There are reports that a man was seriously injured in an industrial accident in Belleville Wednesday afternoon.
A Belleville Fire Department official confirmed that crews responded to JBS Foods at 240 Jamieson Bone Road around 2:05 p.m. but provided no other details.
Reports say a man in his mid-20s got his arm caught in a grinder and that he was being taken by ambulance to Kingston General Hospital with serious injuries.
A call was put out for Ornge air ambulance, but they were unable to respond due to weather conditions.
