The City of Belleville has made a $2,000 contribution to the Quinte Humane Society, on behalf of Elexicon Energy.
Mayor Mitch Panciuk presented a cheque to QHS staff on Tuesday, with the money earmarked to help launch and support the humane society’s new online store.
The website features various items including t-shirts, mugs, pet accessories and more, with money raised going to support the ongoing operational costs of the animal shelter.
