A 59-year-old father and grandfather from Picton says he doesn’t have any big plans for a recent windfall.
Alan Edmonds won the top prize of $250,000 playing Instant Crossword Deluxe.
On the day he won he realized he had uncovered 11 words and figured he had messed up somehow.
The electrical contractor says he will do boring things around the house like purchase new windows and says he’ll be be able to retire a little earlier.
The winning ticket was purchased at Scott’s Store on Lake Street in Picton.
