On December 24, 2019 at 11:50 a.m., police were called to the area of Albert
Street with regard to a disturbance call. Police located a male wanted on a warrant for breach of probation.
Brad Jeffery (36 years old) of Belleville was arrested without incident and found to be in possession of ammunition contrary to a firearms prohibition.
The accused will face new charges in addition to the warrant: one count of breach of firearms prohibition and one count of breach of probation.
The accused will have a video remand on Christmas Day.
