A Belleville man is serving a 30 day jail sentence after being convicted on weapon and drug charges.
Belleville police stopped a vehicle on Moira Street west shortly after midnight September 24.
A search of the vehicle turned up some methamphetamine and a conducted energy weapon, better known as
a taser.
Along with jail time, Tyler Rheaume was sentenced to 18 months probation and a 10 year weapons prohibition.
