A Belleville city bus caught on fire Thursday night.
Around 8:20 p.m., city fire crews were called to Victoria and Farley Avenues in the east end, where smoke and flames were visible.
A witness tells Quinte News that one person ran into their home and grabbed multiple fire extinguishers and put down the blaze before crews arrived. He says there was one additional flare up that fire crews easily knocked down.
A cause has not been determined at this time.
