There was a tractor trailer fire on the 401 Friday night.
Emergency crews, including Tyendinaga Township fire were called to the westbound lanes between the Shannonville and Deseronto Road exits.
The call came in around 10:15 p.m.
Fire officials say the blaze was off to the shoulder and did not shut down the highway.
They were on scene until around 1 a.m. Saturday morning.
