70 year-old Marjorie Lucas of Quinte West and her dog Casey haven’t been seen since March 25, 2017.
It appears the search for missing Quinte West woman Marjorie Lucas may be over and the news isn’t good.
Northumberland OPP say they responded to a report of a dead body on the shore of Lake Ontario in Grafton yesterday, matching the description of Lucas, who had been missing with her dog Casey, since March 25th.
Lucas’ car was found in a Brighton parking lot a few days after she was reported missing and Casey’s body was found on a shoreline at Presqu’ile Park last weekend.
A post mortem is scheduled for tomorrow in Toronto, to confirm the identity and OPP say they’re continuing the investigation.
