Prince Edward County firefighters made quick work of a car fire overnight.
Flames from the car created a grass fire around it.
Firefighters responded to the Kingsley Road, near the old army base at Macaulay Mountain at 11:30 last night.
The fire was doused quickly, and no one was injured. The car was destroyed.
