Two Quinte area high school students will graduate with money in their pocket for post-secondary education.
The board of the Hastings Children’s Aid Socity has announced the winner of the annual four-year Clark Bursary. The 18-thousand dollars goes to Thomas Crowhurst of Centre Hastings Seocndary School. The one-thousand dollar Clark Award will be presented to Claudia Anderson of St. Theresa’s Secondary school. Board Chair Jan Richardson says the Society has worked closely with schools to “ensure our children get the educaton they need.”
