Another major subdivision in the works for Belleville’s Cannifton area. The draft plan put forward by Man Hole Ten developments calls for 542-homes on the east side of Farnham Road, covering 92-acres. Planning Chair Councillor Tom Lafferty says the city is taking a number of steps to deal with water and sewer services in the area. A new water main is going across the Moira to the Adam Street area, a sewage pumping station has been upgraded, and the city is considering a water tower for north of the 4-0-1. A list of 43-conditions are attached to the draft plan approval recommended to city council
