Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox & Addington MPP Randy Hillier is promising to help Ontario municipalities “de-amalgamate” if he becomes premier. The Conservative leadership hopeful says he will undo the merging of local governments that was brought in by the Harris government. He says if politicians are big enough to screw up — then they better be big enough to fix the problem.
