First pitch flies tonight at the newly renovated ballpark in Deseronto. Economic Development Officer Dana Valentyne says the local players, teams and leagues are looking forward to the new season.
The 15-thousand dollar renovations include a clay infield, a new scoreboard, bleachers, dugouts and fencing. The Deseronto mites open the new ballpark after the opening ceremonies at 6 o’clock tonight.
