First he kicked a car door….then pulled a knife on the unsuspecting victim. Charges of mischief and possession of a dangerous weapon are pending against a 19-year old Belleville man after an incident late last night on Cannifton Road. City Police say the car owner took offence to the younger man kicking his door which led to an altercation…and, the weapon being produced. A warrant is being issued for the suspect.
