A 24 year old Belleville man faces an arson charge in Belleville Court today after a dumpster was set ablaze on the west hill yesterday. A joint investigation by Fire and Police Services started early yesterday morning after the dumpster at a Dunbar Street residence was set ablaze. The unidentified suspect was arrested later in the day.
