Sue Rollins and Mark Philbin are Quinte’s 2009 Dancing with the Stars champions.The winning couple hardly knew each other eight weeks ago….but the owner of Miss Priss Boutique and the Program Director at Starboard Communication wowed the sold out crowd at Yardmen arena with an entertaining flip-filled jive. Local realtor Debra Tosh and Chief Warrant Officer Tom Secretan waltzed their way to second. and, Mix 97’s Charity Brown and Hillcrest Public School Principal David Frye jived their way to third. The Big winner on the night were the two charities Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Volunteer and Information Quinte.
