Brighton will not be getting an indoor track and field facility. But that doesn’t mean an outdoor one is out of the question. At its regular meeting last night… council clarified an earlier report that the facility… which would be built at East Northumberland Secondary school… will not be indoors. When it comes to a decision on the track… council has asked town staff to present a report about a joint useage agreement with the Kawartha Pine Ridge school board… if council agrees to that… the proposed facility could become a reality.
