The trial date for a 15-year-old boy charged with the murder of a Warkworth woman should be set next Friday. Justice Barry MacDougall adjourned the case to Whitby court on May 22nd at the boy’s pretrial in Peterborough yesterday. The youth and 35-year-old Marc Vickers of Warkworth are charged with second degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Michelle Barnoski. Her body was found buried in her backyard in June, 2008, about two weeks after she disappeared. Vickers’s preliminary hearing starts on May 25th in Cobourg.
