There’s been an evacuation of St. Theresa’s Catholic Secondary School in Belleville, after construction equipment broke a natural gas main just after three this afternoon. Students were moved over to the Quinte Sports Centre. Belleville Firefighters and police are on scene. No one was injured.
Meanwhile, what was originally thought to be a large grass and brush fire on Belleville’s east end this afternoon..turned out to be a planned..and controlled burn.
