Cheering at Shire Hall in Picton last evening. Young people attended Prince Edward County Council, and they heard what they were to hear……Council approved a motion to ask for proposals to build a concrete pad, a start to a planned skateboard park in Picton. Fundraising continues, but not all the money is in yet for the approximately one million dollar project. Council has pledged 300 thousand dollars in taxpayers money toward it.
