A work stoppage by inmates at Collins Bay Institution. Inmates didn’t show up for work as scheduled this (yesterday) morning. Prison management met with an inmates group, learning that prisoners were protesting some routines and activities.
Staff and inmates are trying to work things out. Other then the work stoppage, life is normal at Collins Bay.
