The 15-year-old boy charged with the murder of a Warkworth woman will face a judicial pretrial in Peterborough next week.
The provincial crown attorney asked for a May 14th date in Superior Court at the youth’s court appearance in Cobourg today.
The boy and 35-year-old Marc Vickers of Warkworth are charged with second degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Michelle Barnoski, whose body was found buried in the backyard of her home last June.
Vickers preliminary hearing begins on May 25th in Cobourg.
