Green living is at the top of the list for three local businesses.
This weekend, the Prince Edward County companies are attending the Green Living Show in Toronto… to showcase their products and support the environmental movement.
Buddha Dog, Vicky’s Veggies and Fifth Town Artisan Cheese have partnered in the event’s Farm Fresh Fare.
Also part of the third-annual event are renowned chef and Prince Edward County resident, Jamie Kennedy – who is featured in the Farm Fresh Fare – and Petra Cooper, founder of Fifth Town Cheese, who was a guest speaker on the Cooking Stage.
Past guest speakers have included Al Gore, Bill Clinton and David Suzuki.
The event goes each year in Toronto during Earth Week.
