A man charged with 2d degree murder after a woman was found dead near a rail crossing in Cobourg is now a free man.
The Crown told court in Cobourg today(yesterday) that there was not enough evidence to expect a conviction.
29 year old Rachel Russell was found dead in November of 2007, and 44 year old Wayne Ryman was charged. Ryman had spent the last 6 months in jail.
