The new Supervisor at Quinte Health Care wants the multi-million dollar deficit reduced as quickly as possible.
Graham Scott told a press conference this afternoon the figures, recently estimated at 15-million dollars over two years, have to be brought under control.
He said Q-H-C’s ability to go forward will be affected if the debt grows even larger.
Scott was appointed by the Health Ministry on Thursday, about two weeks after the Minister, David Caplan, said he wanted someone to address governance and financial issues at Q-H-C. addresses
