A Good Samaritan is recovering from serious injuries after a collision near Havelock.
Peterborough County OPP say the collision involving an apparent heart attack victim happened on highway seven yesterday (SAT) around 6:40 p-m.
The Good Samaritan reportedly stopped to help the heart attack victim… and in so doing, received serious injuries when the vehicle rolled forward.
The moving vehicle then struck another vehicle traveling on the highway and both came to rest on the road’s southern shoulder.
The Good Samaritan was taken to hospital in Kingston.
The suspected heart attack victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The occupants of the third vehicle were uninjured.
