A cabbie is recovering from an assault in Belleville.
City police responded to a call for help from a taxi cab driver last night (SAT) around 11:15.
Police say the driver was being assaulted by a drunk passenger.
Police located the cab on North Front Street… and arrested a man for public intoxication and assault.
