The purchase of a piece of land on Belleville Street in Wellington for the new Community Centre is just about complete.

He wouldn’t disclose the size of the land being purchased for the new arena, or the price to be paid, until the deal is finalized.
Construction of the 11.8-million-dollar facility is expected to begin this August, with completion about a year later.
