It’s been more than two weeks on the picket lines for 150 school bus drivers and mechanics in the Napanee-Kingston area. but, the good news is that contract talks have resumed. Stock Transportation buses have been stuck in park since the members of the Teamster Union walked of the job late last month over a large gap in the contract offer from the company and their wage demands. Stock was offering 6 percent over 3-years…while the union wants 29-percent. Negotiations resumed yesterday.
