No serious injuries despite lots of traffic accidents around Quinte.
Belleville Police investigated 13 crashes this morning, due to slippery road conditions.
The O-P-P went to about 20 accidents around the region, and even closed the westbound 4-0-1 east of Shannonville for a while because of several fender-benders along that stretch of highway.
Scattered flurries are expected to continue this afternoon.
