A company that prepares and installs rubberized asphalt membrane is eyeing up a piece of property in Brighton. Carlow Holdings of Thornhill has purchased a vacant property in the Industrial Park and plans to set up shop there. Brighton planner Ken Hurford told council last night, the company plans on storing and mixing the various compounds used in creating its product on the site. There are no site plan or zoning issues with the proposal to contruct a new quonset hut on-site.
