A boom in construction values for the city of Belleville during the first three months of this year.
The construction value up to the end of March is 14-point-two million dollars….nearly three times what it was for the same time last year. The month of March shows three million in building activity…the largest being the 932-thousand dollar town house project on South Church Street by Bax-and-Vansolen.
