Some young graffiti artists have been sent back to their parents after an incident in Belleville.
City police say officers saw three boys “tagging” lamps with graffiti along the waterfront trail late last night (SAT).
Police caught up with the 13-year-olds and took them each home to their parents.
The investigation continues.
