A young Belleville man faces criminal charges after being caught living in a public restroom.
City police say the 19-year-old was discovered in Victoria Park around seven last night (SAT) following a noise complaint .
Police say they learned the man had been living in the park’s restroom for about three weeks.
Police say there was evidence of a “campfire” in the washroom.
The man was charged with break and enter, mischief and arson and given a May court date.
