There’s new political will to build a high-speed information superhighway to link all of rural Ontario.
That’s the word from Hastings County Chief Administrative Officer Jim Pine, upon his return from the a digital summit in Kingston this week.
Politicians got together to discuss how to offer high-speed internet to all residents, to spur business growth.
Pine said there are still 250,000 people in the province with no connection to the internet.
