It was not neighbourly love that led to a night in a police cell for a Belleville man.
Police say an argument between two neighbours turned bloody last night (SAT)… when the west-end neighbours disagreed about who would pay for a broken window.
Police say alcohol was a factor in the dispute.
Police arrested a 38-year-old Belleville man and held him overnight under charges of breaching the peace.
The investigation continues.
