A Trenton businessman is the new co-owner of the former Kraft Plant in Cobourg.
Brian Kinmond, the President of Trentfab Incorporated, and an undisclosed partner, have purchased the 600-thousand square foot facility, which at one time employed 380 people.
He says about 250-thousand square feet will be rented to companies involved in light to medium manufacturing, and the other 350-thousand square feet will be used for warehousing.
It is expected 30 to 40 jobs will be created.
