A Prince Edward County teenager is in serious condition at Kingston General Hospital after rolling his ATV near Picton. OPP say 16-year old William Bannister was seriously injured on the Wild Oak lane, at 6 o’clock last night, but managed to make his way to a local farm for help. The residents drove him to his County Road-1 home and paramedics transported him to the Picton Hospital and he was later airlifted to KGH. His current condition isn’t known. The investigation continues.
