New affordable housing units could be coming to Campbellford.
Northumberland County Council passed resolutions supporting the construction of nine units at Campbellford Multi-Care Lodge on Oliver Road.
It is worth 630-thousand, and still needs provincial approval.
Northumberland County manages 890 affordable housing units, and there is a five-year waiting list in Campbellford.
