If you’re out of work…the prospect of finding a job this spring isn’t good…according to a survey by Manpower. The latest outlook survey of Belleville employers….released yesterday…shows a flat hiring climate for the second quarter of this year. 10-percent of employers questioned plan to hire additional workers for the April to June period while another 10-percent expect to reduce their payrolls. 73 percent plan to maintain their current staffing levels while the remaining 7-percent are unsure of their hiring intentions.
