Two Belleville men are being held for bail hearings after getting nabbed in a car with stolen plates and loaded with stolen groceries. City Police stopped the car late yesterday afternoon on Bell Boulevard and arrested the pair…aged 52 and 48-year. the plates had been stolen earlier in the day from Quinte West. No names were released.
