A volunteer firefighter from Stirling-Rawdon is dead after a single vehicle accident north of Frankford. Emergency crews responded to Hearns Road, at 2:30 yesterday afternoon, after a vehicle crashed into a tree. The 25-year old man, who worked out of the south station in Stirling, was killed instantly. A passenger was taken to Kingston General Hospital with serious injuries. No names have been released yet. Quinte West OPP are continuing their investigation.
