Buses are cancelled across the Quinte region thanks to precipitation in a variety of forms overnight. Staff Meteorologist Kevin Williams says the precipitation is winding down. All Quinte-area, Northumberland and Christian school buses are cancelled this morning. Only buses in the Bancroft area are running.
