Another big jump in the Welfare Caseload in Hastings County.
The social services department says 3,232 people got benefits last month, up by 92 from January, and 300 higher than in February, 2008.
With family members and other dependents included, just over 77-hundred people in the county, Belleville and Quinte West relied on welfare in February.
