Some excitement at the Quinte Mall last night, and it had nothing to do with great bargains. An alarm went off, and retailers and there customers evacuated. Belleville Fire Department responded within minutes, but quickly determined that it was a faulty, or false alarm, and things returned to normal shortly. The alarm at the Mall went off at 8:11 last evening.
