A 22 year old man from Marmora faces charges after refusing to give Belleville Police a breath sample after being stopped in the city’s north end.
He appears in court in April, and his driver’s license was automatically suspended for 90 days.
Belleville Police caution that a conviction on failing to provide a breath sample carries the same penalty as being found guilty of impaired driving.
