It won’t be long, and there will be more jobs, along with more nursing home beds in the Quinte region.
Drywall and other interior work is now being done on new buildings …2 in Trenton…and a large nursing home in Tweed.
All 3 are expected to open anytime between late June and July. Crown Ridge Retirement in Trenton is adding 32 nursing home beds, along with another 35 retirement beds, while down the street.. Trent Valley Lodge is adding another 32 long term care beds.
A new facility in Tweed will house 128 nursing home residents.
Between all three around 160 new full and part time jobs should be created.
