Mayor John Williams wanted to meet Health Minister David Caplan at the Rural Ontario Municipalities Association conference in Toronto, but Caplan won’t be there..
Williams says he told local M-P-P Lou Rinaldi he would like to see Caplan as soon as possible.
The Q-H-C board is expected to approve a plan tomorrow night to reduce the 15-million-dollar deficit expected by March, 2010.
