Quinte West Chamber of Commerce has honoured two businessmen for their work in the community.
Manager Suzanne Andrews says the awards were handed out at the Chamber’s annual meeting. Phil Panelas and Eban James were given Lifetime Memberships in the Chamber of Commerce. Among other activities, Panelas has been chair of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation for 25-years, and James helped develop projects such as work on St. George’s Church, and relocation of the cenotaph.
